Product Overview

• Series Belonging: It belongs to the HS series of double - throw knife switches, which are applicable in complete power distribution devices with an alternating current (AC) frequency of 50Hz, a rated voltage of up to 380V for AC, and a rated voltage of up to 380V or 440V for direct current (DC), and a rated current of up to 1500A.
• Function and Purpose: It is mainly used for manually connecting and disconnecting AC and DC circuits infrequently, or serving as an isolator switch to isolate the power supply, ensuring the safety of circuit and equipment maintenance.

Structural Features

• Operating Mechanism: It adopts a spring energy storage and instantaneous release acceleration mechanism, with an instantaneous connection and disconnection double - break contact structure, which has high dielectric performance, protection ability, and reliable operation safety.
• Blade Structure: For models with 200A and 400A ratings, single blades are used. For 600A, 1000A, and 1500A ratings, double blades are applied. For 2000A, 3000A, and 4000A ratings, they are composed of two sets of parallel double blades. Sheet springs are installed on both sides of the blades to obtain contact pressure.
