The plastic shell type circuit breaker, also known as the circuit breaker, is a cutting-edge product developed by our company utilizing advanced international design and manufacturing technology. With a rated insulation voltage of 800V, it is suitable for AC 50Hz systems with a rated working voltage of 690V and below. This circuit breaker is designed for circuits up to 1600A for occasional conversion and motor start-up. It features overload, short circuit, and undervoltage protection functions, ensuring the safety of your electrical lines and equipment.
The insulation parts of our circuit breaker are made of high-strength DHC unsaturated polyester glass fiber plastic, with an increased proportion of aluminum hydroxide for improved flame retardant properties. The conductive system utilizes advanced silver plating technology to enhance current carrying capacity and heat dissipation. Circuit breaker accessories meet national standards for increased reliability.
The operating mechanism features a "three buckle" system for locking, re-buckling, and jump buckling, ensuring hardness and toughness. Metal parts are environmentally friendly electroplated to meet environmental standards. The circuit breaker is compact, with high section, short-circuit specifications, anti-vibration properties, and can be installed vertically or horizontally. It also includes an isolation function for added safety.
