Product Description

The JR36 - 20 thermal overload relay is applicable to AC motors that operate continuously or intermittently for long periods. It is suitable for AC power with a frequency of 50Hz/60Hz and a voltage up to 690V, and the current range varies according to different specifications for setting the current. It is used for overload and phase - failure protection.

 

It operates based on the principle that bimetallic strips have different coefficients of thermal expansion. When the current is overloaded, the bimetallic strips deform, driving the mechanism to act and cut off the circuit. It has functions such as phase - failure protection and temperature compensation. It features both automatic and manual reset modes, and there is a test button to check whether the function is normal.
